Aztec Corn Soup and a little bit of that

This weeks new recipe is Aztec Corn Soup.
I am also trying Orzotto with Herbs and Mushrooms. With that meal I will make Montreal Chicken and a wedge salad.
My last dish is a apple stuffing Pork Chop. I love a good food adventure. I havn't worked with Pork very much so we will see how that turns out.  I got these recipe ideas from Best Loved Recipes of all time. I got this cook book in 2003 for my birthday.  I was in college and starting to really love cooking for my roomies and friends. I still love cooking for people. I am glad Jason likes to try new things. I love cooking for him and finding new recipes. We will have to see how Vivi likes these new foods. If the recipes are good I will post them if someone wants them.
